Join us for an introductory, hands-on workshop designed to help you better understand the basics of sourdough and feel confident caring for your own starter at home.
Whether you are completely new to sourdough or have attempted it before and felt unsure of what to do next, this class will break down the process in a simple and approachable way. We’ll cover what a sourdough starter is, how it works, how to properly feed and maintain it, and how to recognize the signs of a healthy and active starter. Participants will also learn about common issues that can arise and practical tips for keeping a starter thriving.
